Each of the pouches comes with about 5 cups of the following teas: Maple Oolong, Cream Earl Grey, Pomegranate White, Hot Cinnamon, Mint Spice, Blood Orange Rooibos, Sandia Spice (Contains Almonds), Canadian Breakfast (renamed Winter's Breakfast), Honeybush Hazelnut.

Brewing Instructions:
