Every month, we offer you the chance to try something new — on us. Each household can choose one free tea sample per month, enough for a few cups and a proper taste. It’s a fun way to explore new teas you haven’t tried yet, not to stock up on old favorites.
You’re welcome to order only the free sample, but you’ll need to pay for shipping in that case. Our Pay-What-You-Want shipping option still applies, though “free” shipping is only available when you have other items in your cart.
Quick Rules
- One per month, per household. If two people at the same address have accounts, it’s still just one free sample total.
- Try something new. Free samples are for exploration, not topping up old favorites.
- One-and-done per tea. You can only receive a free sample of the same tea once. If you re-order the same sample, we may swap it for something similar at our discretion.
- Shipping: You’re welcome to order only the free sample, but you’ll need to pay for shipping on sample-only orders.
- Pay-What-You-Want shipping: You can choose “free” shipping when you have other items in your cart, but if your cart has only the free sample, shipping must be paid.
- Multiple samples in one month? We’ll include only one.
