An old French saying has it that to spend an afternoon in Provence is to spend an afternoon in heaven itself. The reason for this lies in its altitude above the Mediterranean, crisp clean air and lush foliage. Provence literally teems with gardens, pastures and woodlands. A walk down one of its many country roads will have you stopping to pick wild strawberries, herbs, spices and especially flowers. The abundance of both wild and cultivated flowers growing along the roadside gives the very air of Provence the aroma of a natural perfumery.

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.

This tea is beautiful to look at, so fragrant, and such a treat hot or cold, or served with honey and milk. My favorite way is with honey and milk with a fresh baked scone for afternoon break. What a treat!

Although this tea isn't described as having a berry flavor, it definitely has the taste of blueberry. I enjoy this tea throughout the day, making a batch in the morning and just drinking plain. The blueberry/current/rooibos is almost like juice and is super easy on the stomach.

An instant favorite! I wanted more options for after dinner (read: non-caffeinated) teas besides candy-sweet dessert-y flavored ones based on baked goods. Had some trepidation because as much as I love love LOVE lavender (!!) I tend to hate rose (yeah really). But I've been so impressed with the freshness and quality of your tisane ingredients in general I decided to risk it. I’m glad I did because I adore this! It’s so clean and refreshing, yet it has a floral and fruity thing going on too. It’s not too astringent, surprisingly smooth. Really love that I finally have something in my repertoire like this, not a sugarbomb but totally delicious and satisfying, as well as calming. Yay! Prospective bonus, it has a flavor that makes me think it’d be fantastic iced, and also like it’d be delicious mixed with gin or vodka. So, fingers crossed! Even if that doesn’t live up to my hopes this is still a definite keeper.

I bought this tea for my aunt for Christmas (because the store was out of my favorite Blood Orange Rooibus) but didn't get a chance to try it 'til I bought my own. This is a nice, smooth blend that is not overly perfumy, but has a nice balance of sweet and floral. This is now a contender for my favorite NM Tea Co tea.
