Reviews:

A very balanced smooth tea with somewhat umami characteristics. A wonderful brew for relaxing by an open fire while watching a sunset.

A very nice tea. It thought it might be great for breakfast (thinking "noir" would be a dark brew) but it doesn't have the bite or body for that -- instead it's quite nice as an afternoon tea. Delicate, not bitter, good with or without cream. I steeped with one and a half teaspoons for one cup for more flavor. Pretty leaves, too.
