Moringa is high in antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. It is also a complete protein. It has a rich, green flavor than leans sweet.
Aside from steeping the leaves, Moringa can also be blended directly into foods, like soups, salads, or smoothies.
Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.
