Pure Japanese Green Tea

Pure Japanese Green Tea offers a unique and exquisite tea experience, known for its vibrant green color and umami-rich flavor. The teas are carefully steamed to preserve their freshness, producing a distinct taste profile that sets them apart from other green teas.

Brewing Instructions:

To brew pure Japanese Green Tea, heat water to 160-180°F (70-80°C) and pour it over 1 teaspoon of tea leaves per 8 ounces of water. Steep for 1-2 minutes, then strain the leaves and enjoy your tea.

History:

Green tea has been a part of Japanese culture for centuries, tracing its roots back to the arrival of tea seeds from China during the 9th century. The Japanese tea industry evolved independently, developing unique cultivation and processing techniques, such as the use of steaming to prevent oxidation, which helped create the characteristic flavor of Japanese green tea.

Possible Health Benefits:

Japanese Green Tea is packed with antioxidants, particularly catechins, which are believed to provide numerous health benefits. Research suggests that regular consumption of green tea may help lower the risk of heart disease, support weight loss, and improve cognitive function.
