Also known as Dragon well is produced by hand through a 10-part process. The side of West Lake in Zhejiang Province grows the tea used to produce Dragon well. Lung Ching is distinguished by its beautiful shape, emerald color, scented smell and tending sweet floral character.

Tie Guan Yin is sweet and thick with a hint of orchid aftertaste. The look of this brew is a subtle yellowish-green, and the first steeping unfurls the rolled tea leaf to reveal large, juicy green leaves. It tastes much like its aroma: Bright and incredibly fresh, with sweet, mellow grassy undertones. This oolong holds up to a surprising number of re-steepings, rewarding the palette with various incarnations of sweet, smooth, tangy, and lively flavors.

Made in the late summer months from July to September when the estate is in full production with perfect weather conditions. This particular harvest tastes as fresh as the forest floor after a refreshing rainstorm. Fair warning, this tea can have a bit of a bite if steeped longer than five minutes but pleasant when cooled! The flavour can also be complimented with a dash of milk or sugar unlike Darjeeling Teas from most other seasons which are best enjoyed pure.

Kirameki Sencha ( ) - now called Kabuse Cha - carries the nuance of shimmering light as it dances on and through cool, refreshing water. The leaves produce tea that is light and refreshing, perfect as a cool drink to quench your thirst on hot summer days.

Grown on a south-facing hillside, the fields have good exposure to the sun and wind. Combining the strong summer sun, more mature leaves and the two-week covering technique used in producing Kabuse Sencha, the characteristic of the tea leaves is that its sweetness is light and refreshing.
