Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.

This tea is amazing--a tropical vacation in a cup! I drink a lot of iced tea, and I have three favorites that I rotate between: this one, Hibiscus Island Punch, and Pondi Cherry. All are different, but all make fabulous cold brew tea, and I make pitchers of one of them every day in the warmer months. They are also good hot. If you like fruit tisanes, any of these three are superb!
