There are many varieties of yucca. This Yucca Schidigera Root is responsibly wild crafted. Yucca root is a good source of iron, calcium potassium, phosphorus and vitamins A, B and C. Yucca Root has been used traditionally for osteoarthritis, high blood pressure, migraine headaches, inflammation of the intestine (colitis), high cholesterol, stomach disorders, diabetes, and liver and gallbladder disorders. Some apply a yucca poultice directly to the skin for sores, skin diseases, bleeding, sprains, joint pain, baldness, and dandruff.

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1+ tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.
