If you love tropical drinks but still want a bit of caffeine, this is the drink for you. Make it a party favorite as a cold steep concentrate blended with spritzer to beat those long, hot days. (Also delicious as a hot brew.)

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.
