Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.

Your Earl Grey collection - what a delightful and delicious gift this was. It is almost impossible to find loose earl grey tea to brew. To have so many different Earl Greys, each packaged with a different delightful artwork image, was a thrill on Christmas and will continue to delight for many weeks during this new year.

What a great idea!! I'm not local and can't try a bunch of teas in the store. This lets me sample my favorite type of tea and explore new varieties. This would make a lovely gift for someone who drinks loose leaf tea. Amazing!
