This Rooibos arrives just in time for the dog days of Summer! Flavored with Thai ginger, lemon, lime and pineapple, it makes a delightful refreshment for a heatwave. Since this tea is a Rooibos that means it contains no caffeine, which is perfect to keep the kids from bouncing off the walls.

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 6 minutes.

The dry herbal tea is aggressively citrus (lemon and lime). When brewed it is citrus with undertones of ginger and tropical fruit (I know it’s pineapple from the ingredient list but it wouldn't pick it out blind). It has a little tartness that would probably be delightfully balanced with some honey or be refreshing as an ice tea. I quite enjoy it and I think this will be replacing my supermarket lemon-ginger teas.
