A Nuwati Herbals blend using green tea as a base, with rosemary and sage giving the blend a slight savoury overtone. Lemon balm and lemon grass keep it light and bright, with ginkgo leaf and gotu kola rounding out the blend.

Extra Info:

Rosemary and sage are both in the mint family, which is not obvious from either of them, and both hold their aroma well when dried because the oils sit in resin glands on the leaf surface, not in the flesh.

Ginkgo biloba is the last surviving species of an order of trees that is otherwise entirely extinct, with a fossil record going back over two hundred million years. The fan-shaped leaf in this blend has not changed much in that time.

One of several Nuwati Herbals blends here, along with The Healer Tea.

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 7 minutes.

Origin:

USA
