“In April, I entered a contest sponsored by AMP Concerts, called Art as Antibodies, an art contest in response to the pandemic--and my entry won a staff pick and a gift certificate to NM Tea Company! So excited to pick out my prize-winning tea from this company I'd never tried before.

I ended up picking out not only the prize amount, but ordered several teas beyond that, because they all just look so good and I couldn't make up my mind! And I wanted to support this local business too and say thanks to them for putting up that prize in the first place, because that was super awesome.

I got all my 1 oz packets the other day (they came w/o labels) and printed the labels for them myself to tape on, because they're so beautiful.

And then I had to find somewhere to put all the teas, and found this box I have that looks like a giant book and they all fit in perfectly.

So now I have this beautiful Book of Tea. Yesterday I tried the Kama Sutra Chai (so yummy and it really packs a bite!) and the Pondi Cherry (wow, I love it and am definitely going to be ordering more so I can make big pitchers of iced tea with it).

Today I'm having the Cream Earl Grey and I love it. It's a nice variation on regular Earl Grey. I'm thinking of making ice cream with it this summer. I've made homemade Earl Grey ice cream before and this one would be perfect to use.
