"Most people are familiar with a London fog which is Earl Grey tea with foam (1/2 & 1/2) on top. Earl Grey is not my favorite or sometimes I just want something different. I like to “New Mexify” things - add green chile to dishes, this is my New Mexico take on a London fog-it’s a biscochito fog. It’s got that cookie flavor and the creaminess takes it over the top. This is one of my favorite things. I’m regularly switching up what tea goes in the fog for that day. Today it's a New Mexico Tea Company biscochito - hands down one of my favorite teas."
