A four-herb blend of organic red raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, dandelion leaf and peppermint. Red raspberry leaf is the base: leafy and lightly drying, not sweet or floral. The peppermint is what lifts it.

Read the disclaimer below before drinking this one. It carries real restrictions on when it should and should not be used.

Extra Info:

Red raspberry leaf is the leaf of Rubus idaeus, the same plant that produces the fruit, though the leaf tastes nothing like the berry. Nettle and dandelion leaf are both common enough to be weeds across most of the northern hemisphere, and both have been eaten as spring greens for as long as there are records of people eating greens.

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1-2 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Organic: red raspberry leaf, nettle leaf, dandelion leaf, peppermint leaf

Origin:

Blend

Disclaimer:

Do not use in the first or second trimester. Do not take more than 2 cups a day, and only after the second trimester. Incidents of vaginal spotting have been reported if used in the first and second trimester of pregnancy. Not recommended if you have a history of, or are prone to, miscarriage. This product is not intended to treat or cure any disease or dysfunction. Combining some herbal products with prescription or over the counter drugs may not be advised.
