Dating back two thousand years, the game of Mah Jong is undeniably an integral part of Chinese culture. Mah Jong is said to have originated in the court of the King of Wu. Within this court lived a beautiful woman in seclusion. To escape boredom, she invented a game using carved domino-shaped pieces of ivory and bamboo. When she finished, she invited three of her maids to play her newly invented game. For centuries afterwards, Mah Jong remained a game exclusively for the royal class. Today, carry on the "Royal Tradition" by enjoying a leisurely game of Mah Jong.
