Mao Fen Imperial Keemun tea has a thick rich liquor and an orchid-like fragrance. It has tightly rolled leaves that promote a deep rich concentrated flavor - often described as deep Burgundy wine character. Best served without additions or adornment. Experiment with multiple infusions and shorter steep times to find your preferred experience.
Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 3 minutes.
