Cream Earl Grey, which just so happens to be our most popular tea, is a luxurious take on the classic Earl Grey, enhanced with delicate notes of cream. For Earl Grey enthusiasts who have yet to try this delightful variation, a pleasant surprise awaits. The smooth, velvety vanilla undertones perfectly complement the premium bergamot essence, which defines the iconic Earl Grey flavor. Indulge in this refined tea for a truly exceptional experience.

Extra Info:

Earl Grey is a timeless and popular tea blend known for its distinctive flavor derived from the oil of bergamot, a citrus fruit native to Italy. This classic blend typically combines a base of black tea, such as Assam or Ceylon, with the fragrant bergamot oil, creating a unique taste that's both bold and aromatic. For the original, check out our Organic Earl Grey, and for something a little different, check out Vintage Earl Grey.

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 4-5 minutes.

Other Brewing Options:

Enjoy a homemade "London Fog" without a milk steamer by following these simple steps:

  1. Steep 1.5 teaspoons of Cream Earl Grey in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  2. While the tea is steeping, prepare the cream mixture by combining heavy cream, a splash of vanilla extract, sugar to taste, and a small amount of boiling water in a jar or shaker.
  3. Seal the jar (be sure there is not to much hot water, as it will create pressure) or shaker and shake vigorously until the cream becomes frothy, emulating the steaming process.
  4. Once the tea is ready, pour the frothy cream mixture into the tea. This will create a lovely layer of foam on top, adding an extra touch of indulgence to your London Fog.
Savor this delightful beverage as a warm and comforting treat anytime you wish.

Ingredients:

  • Black tea, cornflower petals, natural flavors (organic compliant).

Origin:

A blend using tea from Sri Lanka (Nuwara Eliya + Dimbula + Uva), India (Assam + Nilgiri), Kenya (Nandi Highlands), and Albania (Tirana).

Simply my favorite Earl Grey tea from the moment I first sipped it. I haven't bought any other Earl Grey since then!

I just LOVE, LOVE, Love, Cream Earl Grey tea. . . .during the cooler months of the year like October through April. It gets HOT in the AZ Desert, so I drink ICED tea, ALL summer! I do not like the Earl Grey iced, so I use something else for the 4 hot months! Usually, by the end of September, I am ready to have my HOT Cream Earl Grey! I also like the Lady Grey tea!

After several months of ordering various teas from NM Tea Co, it's finally time to write a few reviews. Cream Earl Grey is one of my top 3. The flavor is so delicious and the amount of Bergamot is spot on. This is my go-to morning breakfast tea.

I love Earl Grey cream tea, and this one is absolutely delicious. I’m so happy I found this company, too. The price was very fair, and I loved the different shipping payment options. I’ll definitely be buying more in the future!

Wonderful and aromatic tea! It's the perfect Earl Grey flavor with the added bonus of a creamy finish! My go-to caffeinated tea. Arrived a day early too.

This stuff is so good! I got the 16 ounce bag option and there are no regrets. Originally I received this as flavor a gift and it was so delicious I had to order more

I'm giving this 5 stars because every tea I've purchased from NM Tea Co is of the utmost quality, and this is no exception. However, I am a consummate Earl Grey drinker, and I do not like this take on a classic one bit. The vanilla is out of place. The floral notes are too dominant. Will not purchase again.

I'm a very picky tea drinker when it comes to earl grey, I like my bergamot extremely strong. I orginally thought harney and sons earl grey imperial was good however this one kicks it out of the water. So flavorful but not overbearing with the bergamot and the creaminess adds excellent balance.

I never had any Earl Grey teas until I visited my Sister-in-Law in Albuquerque. We went to her tea house and she served me this WONDERFUL TEA! Oh my gosh! Cream Earl Grey. . . . Where have you been all my life?!?!?! I do drink other teas, but this one is amazing, and very special! AND I ran out of it! ! ! I am ordering again and will never allow it to happen again!

Out of every tea I've tried this is my favorite! Cream and sugar and it's like a dessert! It's also hard to over steep, allowing you to leave it in longer and not ruin your tea. 10/10 would recommend everyone try.

My favorite tea is a Cream Earl Grey. Ive tried diffrent tea companies through the years and NM Tea is by far the best! I ordered on a Friday my order was sitting in mailbox Monday! I have found my permanent tea co.

I love this aromatic, good for morning tea. It's as fresh as the early day. A perfect blend. I'm never disappointed.

I'm not a big black tea drinker, but do, on occasion, enjoy Earl Grey, so I got this today thinking it would just be something I'd want very occasionally. But wow, this is amazing tea! I followed the recipe for a London Fog steamer, and it is so delicious, I can see myself drinking this regularly! I also tried it without milk or sweetener, and I might even prefer it that way! Without milk and sugar the florals are lovely and delicate, not overwhelming, but they are strong enough to stand up to milk too. If you're an Earl Grey lover, you will really like this, but even if you only occasionally drink black tea, it's worth trying, because this is phenomenally good!

I keep returning to this over and over. Good with our without milk. It makes waking up in the morning more fun.

Smooth and drinkable. I have been looking high and low for a creamy EG and NOW I have found the perfect cuppa. Added a splash of milk and the creaminess came through. Very good value for a very fine Ceylon.

But it's the one I drink the most! It's perfect for any time of day, evening, night, hot, cold... I mean, drink it hot or cold. It is rare for a cup to be left over, but when it is, I put it in the fridge and have "iced" tea the next day.

The teas sold by NM Tea Co. are almost uniformly better than you can find elsewhere, but this particular tea is beyond enchanting. Drunk hot with a bit of cream, it's smooth vanilla sweetness is almost unbelievably gratifying. I've restrained myself to only drinking four cups a day. Running low on my first stash I was ready to tear my hair out (or at least get an Albuquerqueian friend to mail me more) until I realized they ship, for free! Seriously; this might not be the most complex or nuanced tea you've ever had, but it might be the most delicious. You *must* try some.

NM Tea Company-- please don't ever change your perfect Early Grey Creme tea! I was once a Teavana devotee, but in addition to lowering the general quality of their products lately in general, they changed their EGC formula, specifically, and absolutely RUINED the flavor. I found yours online after trying several others with disappointing results and I am SO grateful. Smooth, slightly sweet, and you aren't messing with the flowers. Hooray for you for putting product quality above senseless innovation!

I tried this on a whim and it has become my favorite tea. I drink it hot or cold, morning or evening, to wake me up or put me to bed. I even ordered the 16 oz. and started distributing little packets to friends and family who are big tea drinkers. It has always gotten a great response.

Our absolute favorite of NM Tea Co.'s offerings! Rich, smooth & delightful. The cream perfectly alances the bergamot, and neither overwhelms the tea base. Love it - the cognac of tea!

This Earl Grey lends a creamy flavor to the taste that makes it better than the classic Earl Grey in my opinion. I make a London Fog of it, and have it with pecan shortbread cookies and it's just the perfect tea for that.

This is by far my most favorite tea ever! The creaminess and balance always have my coming back for more. Many Earl Grey teas are very harsh and acidic, but this one is perfectly smooth. Love It!!

The Earl grey is good, but it could do with more bergamot flavor, and less of the sweet, 'creme' flavor.

Light bergamot flavor. Would prefer it to be a little stronger, but still a beautiful EGC. The cream does not taste artificial, as so many can, and I find that I reach for this one more frequently than any other breakfast tea.

This is an excellent earl grey. I have shared this with 4 friends and all of them had to purchase some for themselves because of how excellent it is.
