Combines floral and delicately sweet Bao Zhong (Pouchong) oolong with real juicy pineapple and creamy coconut. All the flavors blend together so well, it's almost like the tea is grown next to a coconut grove. (Though it's not!)

Extra Info:

Pouchong or "light oolong" is lightly oxidized and has a twisted shape leaf with floral notes. The oxidation is somewhere between green tea and what is usually considered a regular Oolong tea. It is often classified with the oolongs however due to its lack of the sharper green tea flavours. It is produced mainly in Fujian, China

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 185°F. Add 1.5 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 44259 minutes.

Other Brewing Options:

Infuse a tablespoon of leaves in a small pot for just about a minute. The tea is then re-infused and served 2 or 3 more times. Each infusion yields a different liquor and experience from the proceeding cup.

Ingredients:

  • Oolong tea, organic pineapple, organic coconut flakes, natural coconut flavor.

Origin:

Base from Fujian China

Reviews:

This was a great work tea mainly because its delicious and amazing, but a great bonus is that when I inevitably forget about my fresh hot cup of tea on my desk, it tastes just as good cold. The leaves re-steep around 4-5 times and each steep brings out a different element in the tea ranging from strong and robust to fresh and delicate. Recommend to anyone who enjoys an enigmatic tea!

This tea is stunning! The oolong balances the fruit, and it smells better than an island vacation! I love it hot, but I also think it is fantastic as iced tea--I added a dash of agave syrup to it to sweeten it. It's quickly becoming a staple in my house.

Absolutely amazing. The pineapple and coconut compliment the floral oolong so well, like they were made for each other. The fruit flavors enhance the flavors of the tea, but they do not overpower it. Perfectly balanced, as all things should be. Light, floral, fruity, and smooth. 10/10, if you're someone who really enjoys coconut.

I can’t express how much I love this tea. Oolong teas have always been a favorite of mine since I first had some old from a store in Korea many years ago. This tea goes far and above anything I’ve had to date. My anticipation builds after dinner for my first cup. I totally relax, shed the stress of the day and just let into cup. Thank you so much for this blend. Milk oolong is another fav.
