The simply perfect combination of soothing chamomile, bright spearmint, and calming lavender makes an ideal brew to conclude a long day.

Extra Info:

Lavender is one of the world's oldest and most commonly used herbs. The organic lavender that we put in our blend is a fresh smelling variety that comes from France -- no chemicals or pesticides are used in its cultivation.

Spearmint is highly appreciated for its digestive properties and its ability to relieve nausea, especially due to motion sickness. Quite often it is also used to find relief from headaches and tension.

Chamomile has been prepared for thousands of years and is still honored for its great curative properties. It was first used in Europe about 1600 to help with insomnia, back pain, rheumatism, neuralgia and nervousness.

Health Notes: Chamomile should not be used during pregnancy. Chamomile is a member of the daisy family of plants which includes ragweed. Those with allergies to ragweed should avoid drinking chamomile tea.

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 170°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.

Reviews:

Now that winter nights are here, this is my go-to end of evening tea. Chamomile calms and soothes while dancing with lavender that does the same, and the spearmint note is gentle enough that it does not energize, but rather soothes the digestive track. I was looking for a lavender and chamomile to replace what I used to get from Remedy in Seattle, and this it!

This is a lovely tea. I love the spearmint addition to the chamomile and the lavender. Drinking a cup of this every afternoon.

I like to call this "crisis tea" because it's what I give students who are about to have a breakdown. It's always appreciated.

I had my doubts. Thought that this was going to be just another chamomile tea so it sat in my cupboard for a while. Finally gave it a crack before work today. Dry notes from the bag were wonderful and calming - spearmint is a nice touch. Flavorwise lavender dominates. Relaxing drink. Overcame my expectations. I feel compassionate :) Cheers!
