I've never been a tea person. Sure, I'll have some chamomile when it's pushed on me, or some peppermint or lemon tea when I need it medicinally, but I've always been a coffee guy. But circumstances are driving me away from coffee and the artificial sweetener I used to make it palatable. So I decided to try some simple black tea. And it's pretty darn good with milk and honey. So I go to NMTC and ask for some help picking out something for my decidedly unrefined tastes. And the lovely young lady guides me (without a hint of judgement) to the Broken Assam, explaining the technical similarities between this lovely tea and the cheap stuff I also like. I I really like it.
If you're used to no-frills black tea, the Broken Assam will do quite nicely.
