I really just got this for fun, but I love the fact that it doesn't just sweeten the tea, it actually adds a complex flavor to it. Anyone can add white sugar or honey to their tea. But, these little amber sugar crystals have an almost caramelized flavor to them that really brightens up the tea. I look forward to using it in all the tea I got from NMTEACO. Thank you!

Have been using this amber sugar exclusively for 2 years for my hot tea & even add a few crystals in my tomato sauce to take away acidic taste of tomatoes. The sugar adds a pure subtle sweetness without interfearing with the tea blend. It never disappoints- highly recommend.
