Honeybush is a caffeine free plant from South Africa. It has a wonderfully sweet and slight astringent flavor with undertones of honey. The addition of citrus fruits makes this blend a great iced tea in the summer or hot soothing brew in the winter.
Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 5 minutes.

I bought a 1oz sample of this tea and I wish I had gotten more! From the moment you pour the tea into your cup you notice how great the smell is. I haven't tried this one iced yet but I'd imagine it would be fantastic. Like the other reviews, you need little to no sweetener as it tastes pretty darn good with none.
